Box Hill Grocer brings an independent neighborhood-style market to Clayton

CLAYTON, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A new neighborhood grocery store has opened in Clayton and will offer several items and prepared meals by a restauranteur with many years in the industry.
Box Hill Grocer is located at 7624 Wydown and is the concept of owner Matt McGuire, who also operates Wright’s Tavern next door and full-service eatery Louie in Clayton.
McGuire tells First Alert 4 that the new grocery will feature take-and-bake pasta, soups, sandwiches and other items in addition to grocery selections. He says he named the business after his farm in Hermann and wants customers to feel the warmth of the country when they come in.
