Man, 62, fatally shot in North City

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A man was found dead in the Baden neighborhood of North City on Tuesday night, police say.
The man’s body was found around 8:40 p.m. in the 900 block of Elias Ave., which is just south of the city’s border with Bellefontaine Neighbors.
The victim was later identified as 62-year-old David Banks, of St. Louis.
